The company: A family business founded in 1989, Fromagerie Bergeron produces and sells delicious Gouda-type cheese with pride and passion.
In Quebec, Bergeron cheeses are available at all major food retailers as well as in most cheese shops and grocers. Fresh cheeses are distributed mainly in the Quebec City and Trois-Rivières area, as well as in Costco stores in Quebec City, Montreal, Drummondville and Trois-Rivières and surrounding areas. Outside Quebec, Real Canadian SuperStore, Metro, Food Basic, Walmart and Costco carry one or more of Bergeron cheeses depending on the region.
Objectives:
- Replace the e-commerce service provider to enhance the quality of service and reduce the transaction costs associated with VAN communications
- In a second phase, perform a smooth migration of electronic exchanges with its business partners as part of the project to implement a new enterprise management system
